Chinese Slimming Tea

Hi there, there are many chinese slimming teas at the fleamarkets and on the shelves of stores. My question is do they realy work? It tastes awefull and I don' n want to endulge in something that will not realy work. Do they have any health risks?

Some of these so called Herbal teas have ingrediens similar to ephedrine which is bad for you and some also contains herbs that can damage your liver - rather stay away!
Rather follow a balanced diet like weighless or weight watchers.
