Dear Mluleki
Night sweats and chills could be a sign of underlying infection, not specifically HIV but also diseases like Tuberculosis or pneumonia or a kidney infection. Rather let your doctor examine you, do a lung x/ray and check your blood. If you tested HIV negative and you did not engage in any risky behaviour after the test it is unlikely that you will be HIV pos now. Testing again may however give you peace of mind.
