CHILD ABDOMINAL / VAGINALPAIN

My 8 year old has pains in her vagina and white discharge. she has been to two doctors but the pain still continues.the doctors say she has not been abused, this has been going on for about 2 years now. the pain comes and goes. i dont know what triggers it. but once it starts she cries and i cant help, it sometimes goes away for for weeks. then pain medicene does not help. it starts mostly at night. i wash her thoruoghly every day and change her underwear.

could she be having apendix?

Appendicitis does not come and go.
