i am a 24 yeat old male and have never had chicken pox, the worrying issue is that i hear poeple say you have to encounter it atleast once in your lifetime, but if you haven''t until you reach 20 then if it happens during adulthood it is highly likely that it will kill you. Need you to confirm if that is true, does everyone have to have it atleast once in their lifetime?...and if it happens during adulthood is it likely to kill me...can i induce it?...

If a person gets a child disease as an adult then the symptoms usually are just more severe. If you suspect you have a viral infection like chicken pox then consult a practitioner to help you cope with this. Usually adults, even though the symptoms are worse, feels much better in general after the condition.
