Chicken pox

I refer to my posting yesterday. The spots are mostly red bumps, one or two blisters.

Dear Ella
This is really strange, but it sounds like chicken pox rash (maybe just a continuation) keep an eye on some of the red bumps to see if they make blisters after a day or two. It takes a week for a pimple to blister and dry out, and new blisters can come out up to 10 days after infection, so maybe she is just not through this yet.
