hi

In TCM (tradiitional Chinese Medicine) when their is clenching of teeth or the need to chew a deficiency in the spleen meridian. This relates back to worrying too much. Look at stress techniques - even simple breathing would help. You should not swallow chew gums very bad for the digestive system.
