Chest Pains

I had the coxsackie b virus a year ago. Since then I get chest pains. When these pains occur I also get ear ache and a sore throat ( only on the right hand side). THe chest pains normally occurs between 4am and 6am. What could be the problem that I still getting these chest pains?

Have you noticed that the pains are related to they way you lie or something you do? Where exactly do you feel the pain - is it in the ribs, or deep inside the chest? Is it worse with breathing in deeply and coughing?
