You are not providing a lot of information and it is therefore, difficult to provide an informed opinion. She will however, have to consult her doctor to investigate her chest pain, especially if there are risk factors for heart disease present, like a family history of heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, smoking and metabolic syndrome. Her running tummy should be treated by increasing her fluid intake and can be stopped by taking Imodium tablets. If it does not resolve within a day or two, she will have to consult her doctor.
