Chest infection

Hi,
I got a chest infection and am asthmatic.
I was down the doctors yesterday and been put onto antibiotics.
I dont feel unwell and wasnt told that i wasnt allowed to carry on as normal like going out etc, just very wheezy at the moment.

Can I still go out and carry on as normal if i feel well enough or is total bed rest needed?

Thanks

Vicky

Bed rest for a couple of days is best until the wheeziness clears up. Cold evening air can cause an asthma attack, especially when you have a chest infection.
