Cherrished belly belt / silimar products

Dear Doc

At a baby show, the other day the cherished belly belt was on sale. It is claimed that the belt will help you lose a post-pregnancy belly fast as well as gently moves the uterus back into place while reducing water retention. Is it safe to use a belt to move the uterus back into place or should this rather happen naturally?
