Dear Sally
Cheese can be high in energy and fat depending on what type you eat. If you are eating processed cheese then it can contain 1367 kJ and 27 g of fat per 100g. In contrast fat-free cottage cheese only contains 303 kJ and 1 g of fat per 100g. You can try changing to fat-free cottage cheese which is available in many tasty flavours if you intend to reduce your fat and energy intake.
