chalorie intake

why if my resting metaboIic rate is 1642 and my daily calorie intake is less than that (I mean not even half of that) can''t I loose weight? I''m on ciplatrim, diotroxin, surely this should make a difference?

If you take in too little calories your body may go into starving mode and then you won't lose any weight. Rather see a dietician that can work out a balanced diet with the right combinations for you. You should also do at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise per day.
