cesarian cut

My ceserian cut seems infected 14 years down the line. What. Must i do? Its red, gooey and disgusting

Depending on how deep the infection is - if it is just superficial you can treat with antibiotic ointment like Bactroban but if you think there may be a deeper abcess, you need to see your doctor for antibiotics and maybe drainage of the area
