This is probably a question for the dietician, so you might consider asking Diet Doc the same question and see what she recommends, but I know that she'll also take a more holistic view of diet and talk about the whole day. It's pretty pointless, for example, to eat a great breakfast and then eat badly for the next 16 hours of the day. So perhaps ask dietdoc, but consider seeing a dietician for an overall eating plan.
