Cementless knee replacement

For a 50 year old lady with mild osteoporosis what type of knee replacement is better cementless or cemented

You are referring to osteo-arthritis (affecting the joints), and not osteoporosis (making bones porous). The best person to answer this is the doctor treating you. I don't know whether mild arthritis warrants a knee replacement.
