No, cellulite is unlikely to be caused by coffee. It's basically an accumulation of fat under the skin, with caffeine having no role to play.

In terms of targeting areas, don't neglect cardio, because if you want to burn fat, then this is the best way to do it. You can do specific exercises all you want, and you'll find that your muscles get stronger, but the appearance of being toned relies on targeting the whole body, not one specific area. So the lunges and squats are good, yes, but you also need to do cardio training, like cycling, running, taebo, spinning etc if you really want to tackle the problem at its root.
