CCMA - Unfair judgement.

What can one do if you feel that the CCMA commissioner was biased? Does one lodge this with the CCMA or the Labour court?
The Unions feels that because it was only a demotion, it' s not worth going to the Labour court.

Re: Unfair judgement

If you feel the CCMA Commissioner was biased, you can only go to the Labour Court via a Review. These Reveiws are rather lengthy, can take anything up to two years. Furthermore you need to have the transcript done of the CCMA Hearing which can cost you a few thousand rand. In essence it doesn't sound like it's worth going to the CCMA for the Review.
