I have read that extract of cayenne pepper does increase metabolism, but I don't know to what extent this can affect weightloss considering the tiny quantities that are ingested. I don't know about turmeric. I do not approve of the Slender Wonder diet because I do not think that it is based on sound scientific and dietetic principles.
