Cats during pregnancy

I know that if your body is not immune to it while you are pregs you can pick up toxoplasmosis from cat litter and raw meat etc. and pass it to your baby, which is a high health risk for your unborn baby. I am however 7 weeks pregs and have two cats at home. I dont change the cat litter as they do their business outside. I do touch them on occasion but wash my hands pretty regularly, although i cannot guarantee that i have washed it straight away after every time i have come into contact with them. Is my baby at risk? We have had our cats for about 2 years now. We have had them bring in dead birds on occasion (which i obviously did not touch either).
