Cats allergic to other cats..?

Just what to find out if a cat can have a allergic reaction when another cat licks it..?
I have 2 male cats and they lick each other on the head..and the younger one gets " bumps"  on his ears and nose and eye brows..
Can this be the problem..?
They dont have fleas and have there injections and Vet visits yearly..
They dont go outside and dont have contact with other cats..

What do you think?
What can I treat the areas with..I have been putting diluted savlon on..

The hair sometimes falls out around the areas of the bumps..
but I dont see anything in the ears..

He does not scratch..

Hope to hear form you soon..!

Dear Sheena

It sounds like a flea bite allergy to me. You do not normally see fleas on a cat that is sensitive.
