Cat is hoarse

My cat has been sounding hoarse. Sometimes he gags, but not all the time. His eyes and nose doesn''t seem to be runny. What could this be?

Hi BB

Difficult to say what the problem may be. I would advise that you visit your vet and ensure that he hasn't got a piece of string etc entrapped around his tongue etc.

Kind regards

Angus Campbell
