Cat and pregnancy

My sister has been using dagga and CAT for a few years and is now 14 weeks pregnant. She says the last time she used was on new year''s eve. as her family we are concerned about the possible effects on her unborn child especially if she is still secretly using Cat. how can we tell if she is still using the drug or not and what are the implications for her baby either way?

Hi Fay
Thank you for your post
Firstly we suggest seeking medical assistance by taking your sister to a GP and getting the baby checked out. We also suggest random drug testing. Should your sister persist in using we drugs we suggest admitting her into a treatment facility, as the neurological and emotional damage to the baby is a huge concern. Please call Harmony on 021 790 7779 for a free assessment with our Clinical Director.
Wishing you and your family love and light
