Dear Fio
This is indeed a problem if you eat as much as you describe. Because this type of uncontrolled eating can have physical or psychological origins, I would recommend that you first have a medical checkup, just to make sure that you do not have an underlying condition like diabetes. If the medical dr gives you a clean bill of health, you then need to see a clinical psychologist who will have to determine if your constant eating is due to psychological problems (trying to fill yourself with food because you feel so 'empty and unloved', etc). Once you have seen these doctors and they have made a diagnosis, we can then start looking at slimming diet options (e.g. if you are diabetic you will require a low-fat, low-GI diet, but if your problem is psychological then you first need to sort out those problems otherwise trying to diet will not succeed).
