Cannot loose weight

I have been using Xenical for the past month now, but i do not seem to have lost any weight. I have been taking only one tablet on a daily basis especially after a very oily meal. I am just overweight it it really seems tough to loose the baby weight, even if using Xenical.

If you are still eating oily meals then it is not surprising that you have not lost any weight despite taking Xenical. Xenical is supposed to be used together with a very-low-fat diet which will have a reduced energy content and thus induce weightloss. The Xenical should be promoting weightloss if used as prescribed and not just after a fatty meal. Add some exercise to your regimen (brisk walking or cycling, swimming, skipping, etc) for 30 min a day to speed up your metabolism and promote weightloss.
But check on your diet and reduce your fat intake and total energy intake too.

Hi Doc
I need to know if this will help to speed up a weigh loss process: i joined the gym in June and started jogging 30 min three / four times a week. i now want to be on a strict exercising/ jogging and healthy eating plan:
Mondays- Full Body Workout ( 60 mins)
Tuesdays- Jogging (30mins)
Wednesday - Kata Boxing ( 60 mins)
Thursday - Jogging (30mins)
Friday- Cardio ( 30-45mins)
Saturday- Jogging ( 30 -45min)
Sunday - RELAX RELAX RELAX and Pamper myself ( make sure i dont over eat)

Eating plan

BRFST- Cereal- skim / low fat milk
Mid Morning- Fruit
Lunch- Veges and meat / Brown Roll/ Seed loaf with cottage cheese
Noon snack - Yoghurt (low fat)
Supper- Veges and meat
Drinking 6 glasses of water before breakfast and 6 glasses before bedtime.
Will this help me loose 10kgs in 3mnths?
