cancer

to add to my previous posting, the guy was strong and healthy as I said. What is so difficult to understand is how he could go from that to dead from cancer in a week. Why didn' t he know he had cancer before this?

Hi Abe
Cancer can grow slowly and not all cancers are painful. Sometimes the cancer breaks through a blood vessel or a lung tube and this cause acute symptoms of bleeding or a pneumothorax ( air outside the lung that causes the lung to collapse) that causes the death of the patient.
