Can She be pregnant immediately after menstruation

My girlfriend says her nurse sister thinks she can be pregnant even if she was in her(girlfriend) periods! So I am wondering if it is possible to be pregnant even you had menstruation in between?

I really want a baby but i think it''s too much going on here!

Please advise

Dear Tooth[ick

This is a very rare occurrence and occasionally an implantation bleed can present as a shortened menstrual cycle. I would recommend a home pregnancy test if this suspected.

My mom''s 4th child was concepted the last day of her period. And she always had a period-like bleeding in her first month of pregnancy. So it is possible.....
