Provided that you have ovulated and all other factors are conducive a pregnancy may still occur and it is unlikely that the infection or the antibiotics would necessarily interfere with the chances of conception. However in the case of a very severe infection, which is associated with temperature, and spread of infection to the surrounding structures this may then interfere with possible pregnancy.
