Can he claim and how?

Hi there

I need to know how to claim UIF?

My hubby worked for a company for just over 2 years resigned in May and immediately started another job up until today he has resigned to start a business however I have asked him to claim UIF for the time that he worked at the Previous Company 2 year period and also at the current company for 7 months.

Is this possible and where would he start??

Much Appreciated

re: CAN HE CLAIM AND HOW?

You need to go to the Department of Labour to claim UIF however, resignation normally means that you can't claim UIF
