calories/kilojoules in pre-teens

can you tell me what a healthy daily intake of calories/kilojoules is for a 12 year old girl who is on the tall side for her age and is not small/petite but rather average boned...not large either (very middle of the road).

According to international tables, girls between the ages of 11 and 14 years, require an energy intake of approx. 2200 kcal or 9240 kJ per day. If your daughter is not very active then this energy intake should be more than adequate.
