HI DOC. I WANT TO KNOW HOW MANY CALORIES MUST I EAT AS IM TRYNG TO LOSE WEIGHT AND HOW MUCH MUST I LOSE WHEN EXERCISING...IM DOING EXERCISES 5-6 TIMES A WEEK FOR 1HR TO 1HR 30MIN
