Calorie intake for weight loss

how many calories is one expected to consume in order to loose atleast 1kg per week. i currently weigh 98kgs and would like to be 70kg. i am 36yrs old and 1.67 talk. my target is to loose 0.5 to 1kg per week until i reach my target.

i exercise 4 times per week.
2x spinning classes (45min)
1x V-box (45min)
1x treadmill, stepper, etc (60min)

Your present BMI = 35,1 which is in the obese range. If you can reduce your weight to 70 kg, your BMI will equal 25 which would bring you back into the normal range and would be most beneficial. Generally speaking adult women need to reduce their energy intake to 1500 kcal/day (6300 kJ/day) (adult men should reduce their intake to 2000 kcal/day (8400 kJ/day)). If you combine your energy-reduced diet with the types of exercise you describe and do them 4 times a week for 60 min, you should lose between 0,5 and 1 kg per week.
