Calorie counting

Hi, I am a 37 year-old women. I want to know how many calories I should be having every day. I exercise Monday to Friday (boxing) and have reached a plateau with my weight.

Generally speaking an adult woman who is trying to lose weight should have about 1500 kcal per day. When you hit a plateau it is best to just stick to your diet and exercise and you will start losing again. Changing your diet by reducing your energy intake too drastically can be counterproductive.
So be patient and things will start happening again.
