Please tell me what my calorie count should be.
Height: 152cm
weight: 95kg
Medium body build
Ideal weight: 54

Generally speaking adult women need to reduce their calorie intake by 500 kcal per day down to 1500 kcal per day if they want to lose weight. If you use a low-fat, high-fibre, low-GI diet and do plenty of exercise (to boost energy output) then you should start losing weight.
