CALCIUM SUPPLEMENTS

There are so many calcium supplements on the shelves - can you recommend any specific ones to assist with the prevention of osteoporosis?

Dear Val
I know its quite confusing out there! Try the better known brands like Caltrate plus, Sandoz, Menacal7. The best ones are those where they tell you what the elemental calcium content is (true, bio-available calcium) on the container- you should take 1000mg in total (diet and supplements) so most of us need one tab only.
