calcium intake

I am a lady of 38 years who enjoys jogging a lot. i am concerned about my calcium intake, the only time i take milk or yoghurt is in the morning when i eat cereals. i''m afraid that i might be prone to getting " oesteporosis" , please recommend for me some supplements that i can use to get enough calcium.
