CALCIUM INTAKE

Hi i have a slight scoliosis in my spine and my L5-s1 is damaged, i take calsuim cause my ginea also recommended it for bone density as i am a cancer risk due to family history - anycase, i take a vita thion every morning and a caltrate at night before i go to bed - is it too much?

In terms of pain management rather ask your doctor. For broken bones to heal- follow a balanced diet rich in protein, vitamins and minerals
