C Sec Scar

Please can you tell me if when doing an ultrasound during a pregnancy would you be able to see the c section scar and if so, would you be able to see if there is strain on the scar or if it is in good shape to attempt a vaginal delivery?
Would a stressed and thinning scar be visable on and ultrasound?
Your advise is most appreciated.

The scar is not routinely seen on ultrasound. What you suggest has been looked at in studies, but it is not yet used in practice to assess suitabiolity for vagnal delivery.

Best wishes
