Burning Eyes

Hi there,

I am not sure if I am on the right forum.

Every winter I suffer from burning eyes. We have a lot of fires in our area. My eyes tear up. I have had my tear ducts plugged to help lubricate my eyes, which helped a little. I am taking fish vitamin supplements as I do not eat fish.

Is there anything else I can do?

Thank you.

Hallo Shelby
You may be suffering from Dry eye syndrome, worsened by the dry air and air pollution. Use artificial tears like Duratears or Tears naturale during the day. If your eyes itch a lot you can also use Spersallerg which is an antihistamine eye drop.
