That probably ranges between 8 Cal/minute and 15 Cal/minute, for most people. Crawl will be slightly higher than breaststroke as well, though it's again entirely dependent on how fast you swim and your efficiency in the water - the better a swimmer you are, the LESS you burn, because you're so smooth and efficient in the water.
