bumps on mouth of cervix

I went for a papsmear the other day at the clinic. The sister told me that the mouth of my cervix was eroded - what does this mean? and then yesterday when I was bathing I felt bumps on the mouth of my cervix. Is it something to be worried about?

Erosion of the cervix is usually related to the Pill and is normal in this case. As long as you have no symptoms and the pap smear is normal, there should not be a problem.

Best wishes
