Bump at the back of hand.

Had it for about 2weeks now,what causes it?

Could be a ganglion- a little benign cyst. No real cause known, usually painless, but if it becomes bothersome, can be removed- usually not necessary. Can also resolve on it's own. If you're worried about it, let your GP check it out for you.
