No not necessarily. This is a relatively common occurrence and is probably a small amount of blood being mixed in the ejaculate, which may be due to a small tear in one of the blood vessels in your prostate gland (which is where much of the seminal fluid of the ejaculate is produced). Such tears are more likely their is irritation or infection in the prostate. Have yourself checked out by a GP or a urologist if you are still worried about it.
