Hallo Chris
Bronchitis is infection of the airways; Pneumonia is infection of the lung tissue. Usually the fever should start breaking after 48-72 hours of antibiotic use. If she is not getting worse, you may give it a little bit more time to work. Fever per say is not necessarily bad, only if it is really high (higher than 38 degrees as it then can lead to fever fits) Fever is one of the ways the body fights germs.
