Bronchitis

Hi there

I had/have bronchitis - on the last of my antibiotics.

Will it be unhealthy for me to go for a session in a steam room at the gym?

Hallo Tinky
The steam may loosen residual phlegm in your chest so may be good for you, but don't exercise yet! and dress warm when you leave the room.
