bronchitis

I just recovered from bronchitis, the 3rd bout this year. I' m a cyclist, training about 10 hours per week. I eat healthy, don' t drink and don' t smoke. What can I do to avoid getting bronchitis in future. I' m already taking extra Vit C and immune boosters.

Hallo Charlotte
You are more likely to get Bronchitis if you regularly inhale irritating fumes or dusts, chemical solvents and smoke, including tobacco smoke, or if you have an impaired immunity system (over exercising/stress/strict diets) Underlying lung diseases like Asthma and chronic post nasal drip due to chronic sinusitis can also increase your risk to develop bronchitis.
