Breast painful after surgery

At the end of July l had a cluster of calcifications removed from my right breast, 3.5 x 4.5cm which were benign. Apart from the breast being tender and bruised after surgery, it was fine until about two weeks ago when l started having a burning sensation in it and it becomes quite painful...this happens daily. Should l have this followed up. I find it odd that 3 months down the line it should start being painful

A painful breast after surgery should definately be followed up by your surgeon.
