Breast Pain

Hi,
I have insulin resistance syndrome, but its all under control with medication. while having this problem i developed Polycystic ovarian syndrome, which got resolved and a vaginal tract infection. I was missing my periods as well, but now being on the contraceptive, i am getting regular periods. In this time, I have had this problem, my one breast started getting abit bigger than the other one. I then consulted a physician, who described that my one breast reacted more due to the hormonal imbalances in my body and to resolve that I would either have to enlarge or reduce now, that I do gym, i noticed that sometimes it itches around my breast and when i am running, its constantly hurting. Kindly advise please.
