BREAST MILK

GOOD DAY,

I STOPPED BREAST FEEDING FOR A WHILE NOW AS I WAS ON MEDICATION.WHEN PRESSING ON MY NIPPLE BROWN STUFF COMES OUT.ITS NOT MILK.COULD THUS BE THE CAUSE OF THE MEDICATION?

A brown discharge can be due to infection in a milk duct or just inflammation with slight bleeding. It sometimes goes away by itself. If the discharge persists and if you feel any tender nodules in the breast or see a red warm area on the breast rather let your doctor have a look.
