Breast lump

I am a 26 year old female and I found a hard non-moveable lump in my left breast that feels like it is affixed to my chest awll. It can be felt alot better while I lay on my right side. I had a us done but came back negative. The lump seems like it has grown and possibly changed shape. Should I follow up?

Hi Sara

I would suggest you have a Mammogram done and depending on their advice a possible biopsy.
