Breast Cancer

I have read my pathology report and while the cancer had not spread to my lymph glads (I have HER2 positive breast cancer) I was concerned by the phrase " aggregates of foamy macrophages" . Is this a bad sign ?

No, these are cells that has absorbed fat and is not an indication of spreading of cancer
